Orenji-chan

Orenji-chan was the orange tabby that started coming around the house sometime last year. It was a gradual process, but he had finally fully adopted us. We had a deal going where we'd feed him and give him attention and he agreed to take it. Recently I had marveled at how increasingly bold he was becoming. What had started as curiously peeping his furry little head in the doorway eventually became an aggressive mission to infiltrate our house and become an Indoor Cat, which wouldn't have been such a bad thing, really.

We laid him to rest under the plumeria tree in the backyard. Hopefully a really nice plant grows from that spot.
